Our mission is to pursue excellence through a broad range of activities that develop skills, build character and foster a sense of belonging in a respectful learning environment.

  • All students who are clearly progressing toward graduation, are studying to their ability, and demonstrate good citizenship are eligible to participate
    in high school activities.

 

Sports physicals will be held at Summit Orthopedics – Vadnais Heights Clinic located at 3580 Arcade Street S on July 17th and 22nd from 5 - 8 pm. Additional dates/times are available at our Eden Prairie, Lakeville and Woodbury clinics as noted on the flyer.

Parents/students should visit https://summitortho.jotform.com/marketing/physicals to register right away. Space is limited.
